
I am an Associate Professor of AI for Healthcare with the DIG (Data, Intelligence and Graphs) team at Télécom Paris, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, France. I am also a Visiting Fellow at the University of Cambridge, UK, where I collaborate with Prof. Jean Abraham on multimodal data analysis for breast cancer diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment planning at the Department of Oncology. In addition, I collaborate with Prof. Mateja Jamnik and Prof. Pietro Liò at the Department of Computer Science and Technology. I am partly affiliated with the Department of Knowledge Technologies, Jožef Stefan Institute, Slovenia. My research interests lie in machine learning and data mining, with a focus on multimodal approaches and their applications in medicine, biology, and neuroscience.
I am a co-founder of Bias Variance Labs, a research-driven company that specializes in state-of-the-art AI solutions (data stewardship, data & knowledge representation, data analyses, machine learning & reasoning) for on space research & technology.
