I am an Associate Professor of AI for healthcare at Télécom Paris, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, France. I am also a visiting fellow at the University of Cambridge, UK, where I collaborate with Prof. Jean Abraham on multimodal data analysis for breast cancer diagnosis, prognosis and treatment planning. I am also collaborating with Prof. Mateja Jamnik and Prof. Pietro Liò at the Department of Computer Science and Technology, at University of Cambridge. I am partly affiliated with the Department of Knowledge Technologies, Jozef Stefan Institute, Slovenia. My research interests are in the field of machine learning and data mining, focusing on development of novel multimodal approaches and their application in medicine, biology and neuroscience.
I am a co-founder of Bias Variance Labs, a research-led company that specializes in state-of-the-art solutions addressing all aspects of the data life cycle (data storage & stewardship, data & knowledge representation, data analyses, machine learning and visualization) for space research & technology.
